He has surveyed thousands of manufacturers, produced hundreds of research and thought leadership publications, and presented dozens of times domestically and internationally. He imparts an influential, independent, and insightful voice on the industry’s transition to smart, connected products.

As COO, Anjie Jackson drives the on-time development and delivery of Lifecycle Insights’ content programs, sourcing assignments through the company’s contributor network. As CFO, she manages the company’s finances and accounting.

As CRO, Chris Randleman crafts custom solutions from Lifecycle Insights’ research and thought leadership programs to accomplish clients’ strategic goals.
